Goals
- The goal of the course is to give the participants the skills to plan and manage European projects, concerning education and professional formation (Erasmus +).
- the training course offers the participants the skills to:
- understand properly the invites to present proposals
- analysis of excellence design ideas
- collect the necessary documents for the project presentation
- plan the financial aspects of the project
- accomplish the essential procedures for the project presentation
- learn from other participants, look for partners, exchange opinions and look for common solutions to new European challenges
- improve the projects’ administrative and operative techniques
- use the learnt “know-how”
- develop a real networking culture
- use the project management techniques.
Group Target
The course is pointed to school principals, school inspectors, education and professional training educators, companies’ managers and executives who work for public bodies and school and want to get the skills to enter the world of Erasmus Plus projects, concerning the school education and the professional formation fields.

Chance to attend the course in English, Italian and Spanish.
Methods
The approach is practical and based on the educators’ skills, who can count on a long-term experience in the field of European design and management. The objective of the practical activities is to simulate the planning and the management of the European projects.

Day 1 – 5 hours
Planning principles: Project management
- key points: from the editing to the project presentation
- roles planning and responsibilities division
- know how to read and understand the notice, guidelines, application forms, forms
- hypothesis, goals and expected results: how to organize the project idea
- management of the project cycle for the Logical Framework Approach: using design techniques for the presentation of a competitive proposal: accomplishment, strategies, actions, difficulties, good practices
- activities organization and cost
- eligible cost: budget organization
Day 2 – 5 hours
Project management
Planning: project potential and alternative ideas
Definition: project description
Detailed planning: evaluation and adjustments
Financing: contractual procedures
Realization and monitoring following the project planning
Project evaluation and evaluation of future project ideas
New ideas: planning phase and start of the new project.
Day 3 – 5 hours
European Project Management: Development of effective planning ideas
- main phases of a good project realization
- stakeholders relations
- analysis of excellence design ideas
- link with the objectives, priorities and project proposals
- analysis and correspondence between the planning idea and the call
