The Didactic Farm is a project that combines agriculture and education, offering children and adults a unique opportunity to get closer to the rural world. The Didactic Farm thus becomes a place for rediscovering traditions, local culture and ancient farming practices, offering the chance to rediscover one's roots and connect with nature, through interactive activities that stimulate curiosity and awareness.

Guests will be accompanied on a tasting and wine-tasting tour of local wines through visits to wineries specialising in the production of award-winning wines, with a walk through the vineyards where the different cultivation and production techniques will be explained.

Recognising a quality oil, discovering what organoleptic properties an Extra Virgin Olive Oil should possess, retracing all the stages of production, seeing with one's own eyes the millstone from which the yellow gold is extracted and the place where it is stored, and then tasting the different types: Amabile, Vivace, Mosto and Florido. Our tour is all this. And much more, such as a visit to the small museum attached to the oil mill, full of antiques, and an unexpected final surprise: the tasting of several varieties of balsamic dressing, also produced by us, and aged in clay containers (capasoni) for several years. A new challenge yet to be experienced!
