- management of different activities in an educational project: from the formative agreement, to the stage, to the complement actions.

N. 5 Class management - how to teach a lesson in a class: verbal language, non-verbal communication, control the space properly (use of proxemics), synergy of expressive levels,
- style management: obstructing or facilitating attitudes,
- how to involve, answer to questions, manage the objections, face and manage crucial moments with the students, manage efficiently time and stress,
- the lesson: main concepts and expositive manners,
- organization of the lesson plan, inductive, deductive or for problems paths,
- methods and techniques,
- feedback, monitoring and evaluation.
